Flat Rate Pricing

Have you ever stood by with an hourly contractor at work in your home, nervously watching the minutes tick by as the charges add up and up and up? Not so with Brad Company. We use Flat Rate or Menu Pricing. In most cases, our technicians can take a look at your job and give you a price before we begin to work. That gives you, the customer, the opportunity to make an informed decision BEFORE the work is done. And - unless the job description changes, the price stays the same, no matter how long it takes us. If for any reason you decide not to have us complete the work, you just pay the service call fee.
